Michael Bernhard
PT, MSPT
After graduating from the University of Miami in 1997, Mike came back to Carson City where he has worked as a PT with the Nevada Wonders Soccer program and also many of the local high school athletes. Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation has had the pleasure of having Mike as a physical therapist of general orthopedics since 2003.

Along with our three outstanding therapists, Annette, our office manager, handles all billing and insurance matters.

Chele Munson
PT, DPT
Passionate about patient care. Chele's passion for physical therapy came from her own injury recovery. While playing soccer at Carson High School, she suffered an ACL tear of her knee her junior year. After starting physical therapy at Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (STAR) and then later working in the office, her career path was clear. With over 25 years experience in physical therapy, she has worked with an assortment of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes from sports including football, baseball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, basketball, water polo, and hockey. She has treated LA Kings, Boston Celtics, Utah Jazz, UCLA Bruins, USC Trojans and UNR Wolfpack athletes. She has also done acute care and is eager to get people back to doing the activities they love.
LuAnn Tucker
PT
After graduating from Northern Arizona University, LuAnn moved back to her hometown of Carson City and established Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 1990. Her primary focus has been orthopedics and post-op rehab. For the past 10 years her practice has emphasized the treatment and management of lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation.
